jerrymarketing on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Did not receive form when not all fields are completed"

I'm not sure if this is a bug.

I have a from with 4 fields, of which 2 are required.

The odd thing is I will only receive submitted forms that has all 4 fields filled. If only 2 or 3 of the fields have input, I will not receive the form even when it shows that it has been successfully sent.
