Same issue was posted 2 weeks ago (http://wordpress.org/support/topic/problem-with-send-button?replies=2) but the solution offered does not fix the issue
Found another possible issue, but there is no fix.
I'm afraid we don't have the luxury at this time to change themes, as the test and dev platform is on maintenance..
