I've got the same problem. I've reverted back to 7.3 which seems to work although it does take about 12 hours for the mail to get to me.
Miyoshi, how does Contact Form 7 send mail? I've asked my host to look into the problem but they keep asking me for the mail account that's been used to send the mail.
