aviadp on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] post title doesn't shown on email"

Hi,
Suddenly the post title tag stop working for me.
I get an email with all the information but the post title field remains with "[_post_title]". it's not happening on all pages , just on a few.
it started after I updated the following plugins:
Better WP Security,
WordPress SEO,
WP Super Cache

deactivating them doesn't help...
