Ok deactivated this plugin and then activated it again and now it appears to be working except for one thing. Now when I add it to the custom menu and looking at it within the site the body container is only showing the tutorial page that is provided by the theme developer... it is NOT in the edit screen anywhere so I have no idea how this is showing up.
