ITSNev on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Insert Created Form into LayerSlider"

I've tried this in the sublayer, but was no good.

<?php echo do_shortcode('[contact-form-7 id="17" title="Slider Contact Form"]'); ?>

If a create a basic HTML Form, its displays it ok, but I need the Contact Form created to be display using the shortcode.
