Thank you. I saw that in the FAQs, but as I noted in my description, I tried deactivating plugins, and that did not fix the problem. I am using a child/custom theme so cannot use the default or my whole website will change. Can you please look at the url http://www.bodybyginny.com and give me some other solutions/ideas?
