We're about to put our National Registry Submission page live (http://www.painpillod.com/registry-submission/) and it's all working perfectly except for one thing. When somebody presses submit, it fails to notify that the submission was successful (it works just fine).
The little spinner pops up just fine, but that's it. No green box no success message.
If a field is left blank, the red error boxes pop up just fine, so I'm not sure why the green "successful" box isn't popping up...
Any ideas?
