webifish on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Failed to send your message"

Hi,

A strange one -
I have built this form - http://beta.lajanda.org/stam/enrollment-form/

All seems to work fine...but when I change the mail 'To' field to another one I get the 'Failed to send your message, please try later...' (with red border),

Anybody knows this issue ? any idea someone ?
