IIIiW on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Updated to 3.4.1 and now it wont send"

I have resolved the issue. It appears it was due to an update of the really simple captcha plugin.
I had made previously the corrections based upon this article http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-really-simple-captcha-function-cleanup-unlink-permission-denied?replies=14
but after the update I had to do them again.
Just a proposition for the author of this plugin why don't you incorporate the above corrections in your next version.
