Looks like you haven't changed the Message body: field in the Mail section of the CF7 interface from the default values.
You need to add the information that you want to come to you in the email in the Mail section of the CF7 interface - see Getting Started with Contact Form 7.
The Mail tags you use in the Message body: field will need to match up with Form tags you use in the Forms area in order to see these values in your email.
