Are you receiving emails from your website such as forgotten password emails and new account emails? If not your hosting may not support sending email out as localhost in which case you will need to install Cimy Swift SMTP and input your hosts recommend host settings.
Godaddy restricts sending mail as localhost on some hosting packages and have a separate email host which is usually something like smtpout.secureserver.net.
IF you are receiving those emails from your site then its possible you have a misconfiguration in CF7 or your spam filter is picking it up.
