Kramarz on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Validation warning on acceptance checkbox (still)"

I see it was marked as resolved before but I didn'd found a solution in those 'redolved' posts.

So... how do I make the error to pop if the checkbox aint ticked on acceptance field?
