Chijo on "Contact Form 7 using wp-cron.php?"

I have ConfigServer Firewall (CSF) installed on our server and have a Wordpress site using Contact Form 7. Periodically CSF alerts me that wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/modules is "suspiciously" using wp-cron.php.

Can anyone tell me if this behavior is normal for Contact Form 7? If so, I can set CSF to ignore this and stop receiving these alerts.
