fasteddie10851 on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] contact 7 not sending me messages from my websites contact form"

I am running two wordpress websites that use contact form 7. I have set them up and provided an email address for the contact form 7 to use. The email address goes in the to field if I believe to be correct. I created my forms and put them in my website. when i try to send a test email the message below the contact form says everything was ok but I do not get the message in my inbox or in my spam folder.
