Test website is http://www.okulsitemiz.net/ (theme developed using hotelpress) I use many plugins including WPML but I do not translate Contact Form 7 with WPML. On http://www.dalamanparkrentacar.com for example I created 5 contact forms, each for a language with your previous versions. For test purpose I tried to create a new form with updated plugin, but it did not work. It looks creating form and success message displays on screen, but there is no new form on contact form main page. I really like your plugin. I will be happy to use it and donate of course. Thanks,
