wpfacet on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Changing the font colour"

I am quite new to http, css etc. and have only slight knowledge of them I am using contact form 7 but need to change the colour of the font to match the rest of the site I am building. How can I get into the code to change the colour of the font?
