Abaris on "HTML code for Contact Form 7"

I need to find out how to get to the HTML code for Contact Form 7 in order to integrate this form into one of the Opt-in skin plugins for WP ( interested in Hybrid connect or Magic action box)
I only need single opt-in and CF7 is very good, but hard to style.
Any help please!
