aaargghh on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Can you use contact form 7 inside of a scrolling textbox?"

I've got a scrolling textbox where I have my number on the text side and a picture on the other. I'm wanting to put the contact form 7 below my number. Can this be done and if so, how do I do it?
