I found the contact form set up in the dashboard of my site in wordpress.
It's on the left down a bit - on the dashboard menu
you have to paste this link - [contact-form-7 id="2162" title="Contact form 1"]
in a page you would like to use as your contact page
they give you the link in the contact page instructions on that contact tab
