gneslo on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Upload Button doesn't show properly on FF and IE"

Hello,

The upload button shows properly with Chrome, but turns funny on FF and IE even if working. http://www.digitaljobs.fr/deposer-une-candidature

I went through the FAQ and applied the advices included in : My contact form behaves oddly on certain browsers.
The thing is that I am not good enough to clean the code

Can anybody tell me what to do ?
