kapara on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] width of elements in firefox."

hi

i put a form in a text widget on the sidebar.

in the form i have:
<p>message
[textarea your-message 22x3] </p>

in chrome and ie it's good.
in firefox it's very wide and exceeds the design.
(goes outside of the design).

how can i solve it?
