Verify that you created the form on the CF7 page in the Form section and saved your work.
If you did the above, the form should display.
I looked at your page source code and from what I can see (I do not speak, read or write German) the code look correct. You might want to create a test page with just one item on it to eliminate the possibility of something in your code causing the problem.
