andymdesign on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] can i send an email to the user as well as myself?"

thanks, im also getting the from "wordpress" issue, but the support on the web[age says to change it to "Sender Name <sender@example.com>", however i just get an error if i enter that.

any ideas?
