nquevedo on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Upgrade"

I'm using 3.3.3. version for CF7 and would like to upgrade to 3.4.2

How can I do it without missing out the old forms?

I've tried to install the newest version but sistems says that the plugin exists and do nothing.
