kworre on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Captcha Stopped working"

I am using Contact Form 7 v3.4.2 and Really Simple CAPTCHA v1.6 on Wordpress 3.5.2.

The CAPTCHA displays on my form, however, when I click the submit button on the form, the "Working" indicator never goes away. I did notice that the form/email sent, however, it appears to the user that it did not work, so they repeatably hit submit and get multiples of the email sent.

I believe that the CAPTCHA is working except for that. When I enter an invalid CAPTUCHA response it does not send, if I do it does.....just no errors are trapped/displayed to the user and when successful, the working indicator is still running.

I appreciate any help with this. I have had to remove CAPTCHA from the form for now....
