In some projects that I've been using "Contact Form 7" Apache error.log file throws the following message:
"mod_fcgid: can not apply process slot for /var/www/cgi-bin/cgi_wrapper/cgi_wrapper"
The website does not load (TimeOut) or the operation of the website is somewhat slower when it gets inside.
I tried to disable the module (Contact Form 7) the only one I have installed and then the website is running again, quickly and correctly.
Has anyone experienced the same problem?
Any idea to solve the problem?
