Thanks again for responding.
I deleted & reinstalled CF7. Same results in the widget.

You will see that while the widget can't seem to find to find CF7, when I paste the same shortcode into the visual editor for the page, you can find CF7 under the map. I also placed Black Studio Ice TinyMCE in the right sidebar - I have labeled them for your benefit - if you don't mind looking again.
Why would the visual editor for the page content be able to find CF7, but the widgets can't?
