aaargghh on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Can you use contact form 7 inside of a scrolling textbox?"

I've tried this, but I'm not sure where to put the line of text. Do you paste this into your visual editor, your text editor or your php somewhere. If so, where do I put it?
