thomaslford52 on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] contact form 7 failed"

Greetings,
I have been trying to fix this plugin for the last four days. When I try to send an email using this plugin it fails with a red border. I have been told to get web config to fix it, but I didn't download WP it was a part of my hosting so I do not know how to get to the root of my WP sight. Please somebody help me! I need to get this resolved "Not now but right now." Surely, you have some easy way of fixing this. I'm sorry to sound crazy here, but this is diving me up the wall.
