ABCDiamond on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Creating/Importing contact forms"

Each contact form has a Post ID, created automatically when done manually, how do I handle this if I copy one of the existing ones, and edit the email addresses and then add back another 100+ into the xml file before re-importing ?

There is also the captcha code. Do I just use any number for this ?
