Please see http://www.localseattlemovers.com/test. Try to submit your email address. You will see that a simple 1 field form with "Email" field only, will not send. Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method; surrounded in an orange border.

PHP MAIL or SMTP have the same resulte. I have disabled all plugins, recreated the forms. SMTP and PHP mail both work with other email tests just not with Contact Form 7. I am not sure what to try next. Wordpress 3.5.2.
