I have installed the above plugin and have tried to install two additional tags - date and radio button
In the 'form' on the left I have put
[radio radio-554 label_first use_label_element "This is already a Wikipedia entry" "This is not currently a Wikipedia entry"]
[date Date]
and this seems to work ok - it shows on the website (www.ladonnae.mobi)
However, in testing the form on the site I get nothing back by email on the tags - just name, topic etc
In the message 'body' of the form I put in
[radio-554]
[date]
Do I need to do anything more?
