klipklopp on "Contact Form 7 with options"

Hi,

I am using Contact Form 7 on my site, but I need the ability to have parts of my form where depending upon the choice a visitor makes, additional or different options populate other fields in the contact form. Can anyone tell me if Contact Form 7 allows this? and if yes, how to do it?
