Skeybo on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Sending 1 e-mail per IP"

Hello,
I want to ask if there is a way to make the contact form so that 1 IP can send only 1 e-mail and after that if that IP tries to send e-mail again to see a message: "You can't send more e-mails."
