Hi i wanted to know if it is possible to preload an element from a drop-down list. Here is my list on my contact form (in the "formation"/training tab : http://resinemedia.net/ecoleescoulen/accueil/inscription/
When I come from this page ( or all similar pages with a "insciption"/register link ) : http://resinemedia.net/ecoleescoulen/formations/stages/stage-debutant-info/
I would like the drop down list to preload/offer a limited choice, limited to the training people want to register to.
What i would like over all is one element that is already selected, so people don't have to scroll down the whole list to find his/her training.
Is there a simpler way to present this ? what would you suggest ?

ps: I could create a unique contact form per training, the fact that it would be long doesn't bother me but I just don't know if it will make the site stable, and I wish to have the best method for the website.
