Hi Guys
I have a form which contains two optional check boxes where users can request a callback etc. If a user ticks either of these boxes, I need it to just say Call back? Yes (or no) in the email... however, using the following format (below) in my form, it just repeats the name of the checkbox? So reads Call Back? Call Back?
Call Back? [checkbox-70]
Discuss Plans? [discuss-box]
Any ideas?
