PaddyThorne on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Not redirecting but sending email"

Hello there,
Yes, I am also having this exact same problem.
I have made sure that <?php wp_head(); ?> and <?php wp_footer(); ?> are present and in the correct place.
Everything else on the site is working... I just cannot get the redirect to work. On submit, the original page reloads with the message (in green box) below the form.
Can anyone suggest what we are doing wrong here?
