Takayuki Miyoshi on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Apostrophes in form submissions"

When the mail is composed as HTML mail, Contact Form 7 applies wptexturize() function to the mail content and it replaces some characters. If you don't like it, uncheck "Use HTML content type" box.
