I would very much appreciate your help. My site has two(2) Contact-Form7 forms on it:
http://drbevinsb.com/ (form not working)
http://drbevinsb.com/contact/ (form working)
I can not get both forms to work. It seems either one, or the other.
I have:
- installed the wp-mail-smtp plugin and have configured to use the PHP mail function (can't use ssl smtp settings due to host restrictions - not hosting domain email there)
- checked server error logs for php errors (none)
- deleted and recreated the form that's not working over and over (front page appointment maker)
Can anyone help me figure out what might be causing the issue? I would think that if one works, both should work...but it's not the case.
