Hope you can help me with the following problem:
After receiving spam with V7.5.1 I decided to update to V7.5.1.1, but after the update I can’t send a form. I get the message: “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”
So after reading some topic on this forum, I tried deleting the V3 reCAPTCHA keys, this solves the problem! But it doesn’t solve stopping spam.
Sending a test e-mail with WP-MAIL-SMTP works fine (with V3 keys integrated).
I don’t use a caching plugin.
According the theme author, the wp_footer() thing you mentioned on Contact Form 7 5.1.1 Page shouldn’t be a problem.
For troubleshooting, I left the V3 keys integrated, although the form won’t work now.
Please give me a simple solution/explanation for this problem, I’m not a code ninja.
