Bluemad on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Contact form 7 still load JS and CSS home page. If I stop."

Hello all!

I have followed "Loading JavaScript and Stylesheet Only When it is Necessary" step in the contact form 7 doc which mention in here.

After that I clear W3total, Cloudflare and browser cache. But still I can see following CSS and JS on my home page as well as post page. But those pages don't have any contact form. What is the issue?
