nims on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Preventing repeated form submission"

I am not talking about accidental double clicks here.
Need help in having an option where a user cannot re-submit a form on my site for say next one min. Is there a way ? Maybe by setting a cookie and checking when was last time the form was submitted.
