Yes. Some servers at GoDaddy are configured to reject email that does not appear to be sent from a domain-based email address or similar. This has caused problems for GoDaddy/CF7 users in the past. I'd suggest contacting GD about the issue and ask if they can trace why the emails are apparently being rejected by their SMTP.
