Help, I have read several forums and I can't find the answer I am looking for.
I want to include a optional checkbox on the form part so I wrote
<input type="checkbox" name="E-Newsletter" value="NO"> No, I would not like to receive updates.
everything looks good on the web page but I can interpret or see the information once they hit submit.
I am not sure what to put in the message body to see if they checked it or not. I have little html knowledge.
Can anyone help?
