edgin on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Single form across multisite"

Hello
I have one form that I want to use across every site in multisite network.
Ive placed this shortcode in my footer
<?php echo do_shortcode( '[contact-form-7 id="4836" title="Contact form 1"]' ); ?>
and its ok for first site where I created the form in the admin area
but in other sites I get 404 shortcode nowhere to be found.
I was wandering if is there solution to create single form and use it across multisite.
