reshielann on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] contact form error in home page"

Hello,

I had a contact form that shows in the sidebar every page.
Before it's working, but suddenly the home page sidebar display
"[contact-form-7 404 "Not Found"]". The other pages are working fine except in
the home page, I already updated the Contact Form 7 into version 3.6
but the problem is still occur.

I wonder what happened, the forms in all pages are working before.
Please, I really need help.
