nothroughroad on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Get success message, but no email received"

Hi

I am using v3.5.2 of CF7 on multisite WP -- see http://websitesahoy.co.uk/contact/ and http://particulart.org.uk/join-in/
Both forms are set up with the same email address. Both say message sent successfully. Neither email received.

I also tested a form on a single site on different hosting, same email address. Email received OK.

So it's either multisite - has anyone else had any problems and found any solutions?
or my hosting - which I'm following up too
