Is there a way to share the same form throughout a WP MultiSite network? I have a network of 6 sites where there will be a few forms that would be identical on all sites.
Obviously, I could simply copy the forms 6 times over, but it would be some much more efficient if I could just build it once and share it across the network.
My apologies if this has been asked already, but I did not see it through my searching.
