Ailsa Craig on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Disguise Recipients email address"

Hi,
I'd like to hide the recipient's email address when replying to a message so basically my real email is xxx@helpdesk.com but i want the user to see xxx@mycompany.com. Is that possible? (the email is being sent to a help desk in a different company) Or does the recipient need to set up forwarding?
